Shirley Jenkins
July 27, 1959 - March 30, 2013
Shirley "Shirl" Jenkins 53 years old of Morristown went to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. Survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Bob Jenkins; son, Joshua Jenkins; mother, Phyllis Blevins Cogdill of West Grove, PA; brothers, Ronnie and his wife Nikki Cogdill of West Grove, PA, Donnie and his wife Cathy Cogdill of Peach Bottom, PA; and sister, Lesia Duvall and her husband Ronnie of Rising Sun, MD. Preceded in death by her father, Arvil Cogdill; brother, Keith Cogdill; and her grandparents. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Morristown but most importantly "A child of the King". Visitation for family and friends will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Morristown and the funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. with Dr. Dean Haun and Dr. Bruce Martin officiating. Family and friends will meet Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in Jarnagin Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
